Introduction to Our 14-Day Refund Policy

Welcome to VidMasher’s Refund Policy page. We are committed to providing our customers with a positive and valuable experience using our software. We recognize that every user’s needs are different, and for that reason, we offer a 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Guarantee for users who determine that a VidMasher subscription does not meet their expectations within the first 14 days of purchase.

This page outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting a refund and reflects our commitment to transparency and fairness. Please review this policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled.


Important Note on Refund Eligibility

The 14-Day Refund Policy applies only to the VidMasher Software Subscription.

This policy does not apply to any Done-For-You (DFY) or promotional services, including but not limited to:

  • DFY setup or implementation services

  • DFY quick-start or onboarding services

  • Bump offers or limited-time DFY promotions

  • Any services involving custom work, automation setup, or API usage performed on your behalf

Due to the promotional pricing of these services and the direct API and infrastructure costs incurred to deliver them, all DFY services are final and non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility and Procedure

At VidMasher, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we stand behind the functionality of our software, we understand that it may not be the right fit for everyone.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you determine that VidMasher does not align with your needs, you may request a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your original purchase on any eligible subscription plan.


2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please use one of the following methods:

Via Software Dashboard (Recommended)

Log into your account and submit a support ticket through the VidMasher members area:

This method is monitored regularly and will result in the fastest response.

You may also submit a refund request by emailing:

Please note: email requests are typically reviewed once per week, while support tickets submitted through the software are reviewed Monday through Friday.

To help us process your request efficiently, please include:

  • Your purchase details

  • The email address used for your account

  • (Optional) Reason for the refund

Once your request is received, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.


3. Conditions of Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds apply only to the initial transaction of a subscription plan.

For subscription-based services, split-payment plans, add-ons, API usage plans, or credit packs:

  • Only the first and original transaction is eligible

  • Subsequent payments, renewals, second split payments, add-on charges, or usage-based credits are non-refundable

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the original payment method used.

Cancellation of Services

Once a refund has been issued, all access to VidMasher software, tools, and services will be revoked.

Cancellation vs. Refund Clarification

VidMasher treats subscription cancellations and refund requests as separate actions.

VidMasher offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on eligible subscriptions from the original purchase date. After the 14-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which immediately stops future billing. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the VidMasher software, tools, and training through the end of your current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time, partial billing periods, renewals, add-ons, credits, API usage, or DFY services.
